We are happy to inform you that we shipped all orders for wood art mosaics except the orders where we were missing the shipping details. Please double check your mail boxes for the notifications from Backerkit and WooBox. Let us know the updates about your shipping details and we will ship the orders ASAP.
For the shipped orders we’ve sent the emails with the tracking numbers. Parcels should be finally delivered within 3-10 working days for North America and Europe. And around 4 weeks for Australia and Asia.
Unfortunately, we are still working on wooden constructors. We try to ship them as soon as possible and will write extra update on it.

We are happy to inform you that our wood art mosaics are packed for the delivery to United States. Usually it takes 3 weeks to deliver parcel to the US via Ukrainian post, but please be patient if you’ll face a few -days delay. We’ll provide tracking numbers so you’ll be able to trace your parcel. Please don’t forget to update your shipping address in Backerkit if needed.
For the moment we are searching for the best shipping services to Europe, Asia and Australia. When we are ready for the shipment to the above-mentioned areas, we give the extra message. Also, we confirm all tracking numbers through Backerkit service.
We realize that we delayed the product delivery, but we have the reasons. Besides war and few months power-cuts, we met a problem which we didn’t expect in the beginning: natural wood colors are not the same in each wood supply. And this issue is so much crucial for creating a good scheme for art mosaics. Especially this was essential for black walnut and oak tree which colors very from very dark brown to light brown and even yellow. Because of this we toned some types of wood to make the wood colors suitable for assembling into mosaics. Despite our fears, toning with wood stain didn’t affect the wood features, keeping it’s natural structures and aroma.
Also, we improved our web application and now we consider the mosaics details to look more vibrant and expressive.

Thank you a lot for your kind words and incredible support! We’ve experienced very hard times with non scheduled electricity outages and delayed the shipment dates but despite this you were waiting! Besides just waiting you were sending supporting messages to us and in our situation those messages are really priceless!
Now we are happy to inform you that now we already have 2 days without electricity outages! By this time we managed to print the part of the boxes for the smallest mosaics size. If we wouldn’t have any unexpectable problems with with electricity we will finish the boxes print within 7-9 working days and will move to the shipment stage of wooden mosaics.

I’m very sorry to inform about the shipment delay as Ukrainian manufacturers are not working due to electricity problems. For more than one month we are living in the darkness because russians destroy Ukrainian electricity system. So we still don’t have printed boxes and wooden constructors ready.Thank you for your understanding and patience, I wish everyone a peaceful life!
